From Apr 25th 2005, I have worked around 5 years in eBaoTech already. I have to say eBaoTech is a great company, and she has given me much experience for my growing and career. I would like to say thank you very much, eBaoTech! She is a recommended company if you want to challenge your self.

Today, I made a tough decision that I will leave eBaoTech soon. I want to change my life and accept different challenges. I want to take a new life style which is different with my current status.

Software engineer, senior software engineer, designer, team lead, project manager, that’s my career growing path so far. I am working hard for my job, and I am enjoying my job. But what I am interesting are not only these. I am thinking what is my next step? Is it project director position? Should I continue staying in this industry? Different time we will have different answer, always. But one thing is clear that I want to change.

I have sent my resignation application e-mail to my bosses already. I am on the way!
